Employment Policy

There is a probationary period for a minimum of three months and it would equally apply for all employees whether he or she is a new employee or with experienced. On-line employees can flexibly adjust their working hours through the arrangement. All employees received an appropriate title in order to follow the Korean company culture. For the arrangement of an annual salary, the person’s degree doesn’t matter but only the talent and ability of individuals. On the other hand, employees are paid with bonuses, overtime payment, expenses for congratulations and condolences in accordance with the company regulations.
